The project
This is the first phase of a property renovation in Hull.
This is a landlords rental property which requires a full revamp.
Our first job is ripping out the old kitchen and building a new area for a cloakroom. The old doorway is to be opened up and new French doors installed. The room will be plastered and a modern new kitchen installed.
Other work to complete is new bathroom suite installation, new flooring to all rooms and decorating to the full property.
