The project
This project has taken some time to get off the ground for our client.
After initial plans were drawn up for the build, a structutal engineers report had to be done with calculations with designs for strip foundations and a raft construction.
We opted to go with a raft foundation and its taken six 12 yard skips of spoil to get to a level for the us to start the build.
The site was excavated and we were given the ok by building control to put the crush and steelwork in.
