The project
Our first job was to put in a smaller window and brick up the opening.
All the old flooring was taking up, the kitchen was rewired for both sockets/lighting and a new consumer unit fitted. Waste and water pipes were taken out and new ones repositioned for the new appliances.
The work involved revamping three areas, a sitting room, dining area and the kitchen itself. A new sub floor was laid, the rooms skim plastered and lastly coving fitted and painted.
