The project
Among the works to complete were plumbing in of a toilet and basin in the bathroom, along with plumbing in the new thermostatic shower system and fitting a new shower rail. All radiators were rehung after brand new valves were fitted and the boiler and gas appliances serviced.
The kitchen was brought up to date with a new modern gloss slab cream kitchen with oak block worktops, a stainless steel sink and chrome taps. We also laid 30 sqm of laminate flooring throughout the downstairs area.
