Building a stud partition wall and

This was a joinery project were the client wanted to seperate the hallway from their living room.

The clients front door entrance led directly into the living room area which during the winter months led to a very cold living room everytime the front door was opened.

A stud partition wall was built to section off the living room from the hallway and staircase.

We also fitted a new door frame and hung a new pine door.

The full room was fully skimmed and a new feature oak mantle installed over the fire place.

We also fitted new pine picture rail and 7 ” skirting to to finish the room.
