Boot room

This project is to turn an old unloved storage room in to a boot room.

We opened up a wall to create a new doorway into the room and all the walls had to be battened and insulated before boarding out.

The room was then skimmed and painted in a green top coat which looks great against the porcelain floor tiles.

The washer /drier and new fridge were then installed along with new shelving and coat hooks.
