Our clients asked us to remedy the problem of the front bedrooms been damp and cold in winter.

The project
These type of properties never had insulation installed when originally built.
The tiles and battens were removed and new Recital insulation board installed. A damp proof membrane and battens were then fitted.
The original tiles are then re-fitted and new flashing fitted to make weather proof.
We have done several of these bays this week
