This is another long term project with a property that was far from habitable. New floor joists had to be installed to the downstairs of the property which we insulated before the tongue and grooved moisture resistant chipboard flooring installed. Due to the dilapidated state of the walls and ceilings, the plaster was removed and re-boarded. The property also had a full rewire with up to date consumer unit installed.
We were happy to be asked to complete the shop fitting work on the new Dope burger shop in Doncaster. Our first job was to strip out the old fixtures and fittings, the basement walls and ceilings were removed and new metal studwork installed complete with new hygienic cladding.
This project is to re-vamp this garden with a new decking seating area and Pergola. The garden will also have a new natural stone patio area and fencing all round to complete the look.
Another fabulous project we have completed on this modern Ensuite bathroom.
LVT Herringbone glue down flooring installation. 44 sqm of LVT flooring laid in an Herringbone pattern for our client and it looks amazing. The skirting boards were then fitted to finish the look of the room.
The first phase of this renovation work was to install the new French doors. All external brickwork at the property will be made good and rendered after all the internal works are completed.
This kitchen installation is part of the extension build we are in the final stages of completing. This modern build with trifold doors, comtemporary roof lantern and new downstairs cloakroom is looking fabulous. We can’t wait to see the final completed project.
This project was to lay some wheelchair accessible decking into a garden area. We installed a concrete ramp ( not shown ) from the side of the property to create easy access for use of the wheelchair. The decking was then installed with a small ramp into the French doors. Arbcreative donated our time free of charge to complete this work.
Its been a tough year with the Covid pandemic. Progress on our projects has been a lot slower due to lockdowns and we’ve also encountered supply issues with materials. We have also had to postpone planned internal works on a number of our projects too. This single storey extension should start to move along now, this week we are looking at getting the steels installed so we crack on and finish the external brickwork.
This project was to open up the kitchen and create a new breakfast bar area. The end result looks fabulous with the solid Oak worktop.
