Its been a tough year with the Covid pandemic. Progress on our projects has been a lot slower due to lockdowns and we’ve also encountered supply issues with materials. We have also had to postpone planned internal works on a number of our projects too. This single storey extension should start to move along now, this week we are looking at getting the steels installed so we crack on and finish the external brickwork.
This project was to open up the kitchen and create a new breakfast bar area. The end result looks fabulous with the solid Oak worktop.
This build looks absolutely amazing, a modern Orangery with a contemporary grey roof lantern to let the natural light flood in. The internal ceiling had downlights, bluetooth speaker system and feature LED lighting installed. The floor was finished in a luxury vinyl click floor covering in a grey wood effect.
This external tiling project in Sutton was one we completed just before Christmas and we think it looks absolutely amazing.
This was the final finishing touches to the rendering project we had undertaken. Covid caused this project to take longer then we had anticipated due to supply issues of stone and metal work but we think the end result looks amazing. The old wall was removed and a new rustic brick wall was built in its place complete with steel railing and matching gate. Slate capping stones were installed to match the newly laid slate to the front of the property. Decorative tile were also laid in the doorway to the property to break up the black slate.
This was one of our past past projects, turning this dated unloved bathroom into something a little bit more special. We created a new shower room with double counter top wash basins on a solid oak work surface. The original floorboards where sanded and lacquered to create a much warmer feeling room. The old cast iron bath was removed and a new shower cubicle installed with a modern glass fronted electric shower.
Another great project we are just starting, a single storey extension which will have a rendered exterior. The inside will be opened up to create a a larger kitchen and dining area. Building control have given us the all clear to pour the footings.
Another great project we have just completed. Over 60 sqm of natural quarry stone flooring laid in this country house near Driffield. The flooring looked absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice.
The oriel window was in such a bad stated of repair with cement render crumbling after many years of water ingress causing damage to the timber frame work underneath. After all the render was removed we had to install new timbers to restructure the frame and strengthen the window bay before insulating and reboarding. Finally, we rendered the bay ready for the the structure to be re-painted.
Tired old worktops removed and fresh new Walnut block laminated worktops installed.
