This project was to replace and/or repair the old wooden fascia’s on this property. We had to make a number of new fascia’s and finials due the bad state of repair. New lead flashing was installed throughout to keep things watertight and creates a decorative feature. The woodwork was then sanded, undercoated and a finish top coat applied.
New staircase installation. This project was to take out the old staircase and install a more contemporary design. The staircase was stained as per the clients request and LED lighting installed to create an amazing feature with the glass panels.
The transformation on this property was unbelievable. The original downstairs bathroom was removed and a much larger kitchen installed. A room was built to accommodate the new bathroom with a much better layout. Due to the new configuration we even had enough room to create a separate utility area. The full property was re-wired , had a new gas boiler installed then re-boarded and skim plastered. The new bathroom was fully tiled and a new suite was installed complete with a thermostatic shower. LVT flooring was installed throughout the downstairs and carpets on the stairs and upstairs bedrooms, the property is now ready to be re-let by the landlord.
This modern Wren kitchen was recently installed in one of our long term projects. The room had new electrics and pipework before been skim plastered.
This is another long term project with a property that was far from habitable. New floor joists had to be installed to the downstairs of the property which we insulated before the tongue and grooved moisture resistant chipboard flooring installed. Due to the dilapidated state of the walls and ceilings, the plaster was removed and re-boarded. The property also had a full rewire with up to date consumer unit installed.
We were happy to be asked to complete the shop fitting work on the new Dope burger shop in Doncaster. Our first job was to strip out the old fixtures and fittings, the basement walls and ceilings were removed and new metal studwork installed complete with new hygienic cladding.
This project is to re-vamp this garden with a new decking seating area and Pergola. The garden will also have a new natural stone patio area and fencing all round to complete the look.

LVT Herringbone glue down flooring installation. 44 sqm of LVT flooring laid in an Herringbone pattern for our client and it looks amazing. The skirting boards were then fitted to finish the look of the room.
The first phase of this renovation work was to install the new French doors. All external brickwork at the property will be made good and rendered after all the internal works are completed.
