Extension build on Kingswood Hull. Another extension to add to our portfolio of projects. This modern flat roof extension will be the new larger kitchen /dining room for this house on the Kingswood estate. After excavating the site, the area was set out ready for the piling company. We then shuttered up and steel mesh cages built ready for the the concrete pad to be laid.
Building work progress – Extension on Holderness Road.
Large modern single storey extension building works. This project has taken some time to get off the ground for our client. After initial plans were drawn up for the build, a structutal engineers report had to be done with calculations with designs for strip foundations and a raft construction. We opted to go with a raft foundation and its taken six 12 yard skips of spoil to get to a level for the us to start the build. The site was excavated and we were given the ok by building control to put the crush and steelwork in.
Wow , what a week to schedule in a fencing project. The weather has been in the minus temperatures with intermittent spells of snow. We took down all the old fencing and posts and put in new timber posts. The new fencing was installed with a new gate and lock. Our client was very happy with the end result.
California beach hut style design wetroom/family bathroom This project looks super cool. Wood effect ceramic wall and floor tiles with a contrasting circular mosaic design in the wetroom area. The controls for the thermostatic shower were positioned just outside the shower area so the temperature could be adjusted before entering. Matching walnut woodgrain effect basin and toilet units complete the look of this fabulous project.
Building work and en-suite wetroom installation in Hull. This wet room looks fabulous . This build is the first phase of a much larger project we are involved with. The room at the rear of the property was actually the original coal house and shed area of this large house. We have built this new wetroom complete with toilet and basin and an adjoining bedroom. Our next project is to build a large a extension which will have an open plan kitchen area and lving area for our clients elderly parents.
Kitchen replacement doors supplied and fitted Hull, East Yorkshire. Our client required this kitchen to have a bit of a facelift. The original doors and pelmets were removed and we installed the new gloss grey slab doors with matching plinths, cornice and pelmets. To finish off we installed a new black sink with chrome tap and re-tiled the walls .
Gloss white Kitchen installations with granite work surfaces. Beautiful gloss white kitchen installation we recently completed on Sutton Trust estate in Hull. The design is very understated with handleless gloss white doors which contrast with the gloss finish granite work tops. The kitchen features a modern ceramic hob with a glass fronted extractor and the latest single oven with a matching microwave.
This kitchen installation required a lot of preliminary works before we could set about the actual installation of the modern Wren kitchen. We had a structural engineer advise and do calcuations with a full report for building regulations. We also removed a chimney and a supporting wall during this project to create a more open plan design. The gas meter and electrical consumer units had to be relocated to allow for the units to be installed.
